Forget staying up for the tooth fairy, kids~ This superfied Celebi hybrid can travel through time, teleport, and become invisible: she's a REAL hard catch! ^^ Using her special powers, she travels the world, placing various items in unsuspecting travelers' bags, exchanging them for other items just when they happened to want it, and more!

In other words, she's the logic behind promotional items people get. xD *SHOT* LOL~

This took me... SO long... And she's still not sparkly enough! Lol. 'x3;

About three and a half hours in GIMP for this. ^^ I have a few other slightly different versions; this is the most solid, while the others are more transluscent.
