sadly no that cannot be, 1 the ears, 2 the big long Tail, 2 that is hair not spikes and also I don't even think his a person, the cubes are like Holograms like Nicole use, and the mask, if you look at that eye closer, there no muzzle, meaning under the mask there is no head just eyes and a mouth, I think his even some miss match Demon or a AI Eggman made and using the Cyber Space tech to bring it out into the real world.
THAT might explain why Shadow and Chaos there, they are not the real ones they Fakers... man if that true I can't wait to hear Shadow call himself a Faker XD

Well, like Toxicko said - Wikia can be edited variously. And recently, Infinite's gender is now contested and will always be referring as "It" or "they" instead of "he", "his", and "him".
And now, as I have see "it", this villain would appear to be an echidna with the mechanic helmet that designed like a mouse - creepy mouse, to be exact.
