As my late, great-uncle used to say. "Same difference."

(That wasn't 'over-presenting' like celebrities do when they introduce each other. He was my grandmother's brother, which made him my great-uncle (or 'grunkle' as they appear to say in the Pacific Northwest and around Mystery Shaks). He is also no longer with us, which makes him 'late')

Ooh, now here's a weird thought. What if her original head wasn't dead and regrew a whole body instead? Or, maybe since another head grows every time a Hydra's is cut off, the severed head grows another head from the stump, basically making her a two-headed snake.

Or the severed head grows back two bodies!

That girl doesn't have enough brains for one head, I swear...

Well, Teleia didn't know she only had enough brains to run two heads until after she grew a third one.

So when do you plan on continuing with Daryl's story, KT?

I do like this story, weird as it is, but bring back Daryl! Please!

BTW, when I think of the Hydra, I think of that critter in the Disney animated movie, "Hercules."

He killed it by burying it under tons of rock.

In the Classical version, he had his charioteer cauterize the stumps with a torch.

That was counted as outside help, and so that Labor was disqualified (along with the Augean Stables, where he just diverted a river to wash them out). 7@=Q
