She's my character, so I can answer that!
After being cursed by a feral worgen and later returned to her senses by the night elves with the other Gilneans, she tried to return to her remote cabin only to find it being ransacked by Forsaken, who hid as she approached and got the drop on her. Four Forsaken versus one angry worgen lady and her hunting dogs. She succeeded in driving them away, but her arm was badly mangled in the fight, and she decided she'd rather go without than have a dead-weight arm.
And now you know.
