This is really nice, simple but very emotional. It brings to mind the scene in The Neverending Story where Artax drowns in the swamp of sorrows, though probably just because that scene was burned into my unsuspecting child brain hahaha. Lovely picture.

i'd forgotten about that scene until you reminded me and i reeeeeally like that comparison, it's sort of the same theme just without a crying child (unless i count) ha ha
