Not exactly a furry fiction, but it does feature some very, very obese canines. These are the audio recordings that follow the genetic development of a new breed of dog intended for only one purpose: to grow extremely fat! It is tame but contains detailed scientific descriptions.

You think there is a lot of death in my work? I never thought about it that way. There certainly is a lot of deaths in this particular story, but that is because it concerns a project covering several generations of dogs, it's unavoidable. In general... I don't really think there is THAT much death. I'm not trying to be macabre, but I use death where I think it appropriate and realistic.
I mean, "Stranded," is a very bloody story and I intended it to be so. "Into the Beast" was also fairly action oriented, but the only deaths were sort of off-stage. Sam's series doesn't have THAT much to do with death aside from the death of her first husband. Well, I suppose that everything that I've posted here contains death in some way, funny I never noticed. But then I like action in both movies and literature, so that's only natural.
If you don't mind me asking, why do you ask? Is it odd to have death in writing?

If the focus of your story is intended to be erotica, the frequent use of death, realistic or otherwise, feels odd. Of course, I read this, and other stories, not as stories so much as erotica, so it may be a problem of interpretation. You're writing stories with erotic elements, instead of straight forward erotica. It just seems strange to me to include erotic elements if you're just going to pave them over with death and violence in a non erotic sense. I'm not saying that your work needs to be all rainbows and sunny days, but I'm saying that the way you use death kind of neutralizes the effect of including anything fetishy, and makes me wonder why you wrote it the way you did. Anyway, these are just idle thoughts. Don't worry about it.
Absolutely amazing! I enjoyed reading this, but was sad when it ended... What happened between the final recording and the police raid? It sounds like some of what could be potentially great content is lost due to the void of data between those two times. Still great, but do you ever plan to write something similar to this?
Well the reason why there was a gap was that the main character deleted the later entries when he started sending his dogs to other people. Not sure if that is too great a leap for the reader, but it is the reason why I stopped where I did.
As for writing anything similar, I'd say that the story itself exists and that I wrote it means that I wrote something "similar" to it ;) But as for future projects of the same nature as this... to be honest, it was just a quirky writing experiment. I had a lot of trouble in the mechanics and limitations of writing it as a voice recording so I doubt I'll use it again.
