Sooooooooo when I was waiting in the hospital a few days ago for the birth of my nephew, I started doodling in my sketchbook. After three hours, I had a re-designed version of my Star Dragon, Talia.

She was the first SD to ever have been drawn, yet her old ref was the crappiest. It was mashed together, it didn't have clean lines, and I wasn't really a fan of her tail tip. Upon redrawing her, I decided to change a few things, including her outfit, her tail tip, her markings, and her body structure. Since she wields that big ol' blade, and she's a mercenary for hire, I thought she should be a bit more beefy than most females. I'm really super happy with how it came out.

I've also been working on making my ref sheets lately, trying to make them look a bit more unique and professional. What do you think?
