Some Small Nitpicks and stupid things:
Why do the clothes suddenly disappear during the transformation?, Shouldn't you show them shifting along with the body itself?
Her ass is a little too... flat for me needs to be a little shaplier, get some hips in there.
I think her mask should have fused with her face during the transformation. Because who's gonna stop a clever foe from knocking it off and reverting her?
I think a paper fan/wand/or a magic stick is a little... Typical for a lady of power such as herself.
Why not keep with the times and get her an arm minigun a-la The Protomen?

I think nothing screams "authority among magical beasts" like an arm-minigun with magical enhancements tearing through any dissenters like butter, amirite?
Also, her dress appears to be one-sided, no "back" flaps are visible from the bottom.
