Snake - Wisdom
Shield - Defender
Swords - Justice/Military Honor
Crown - Seigniorial Authority
Acanthus Leaves - Admiration of the Arts
the Archer family does a lot of designing for buildings/furniture/carriages/clothes etc. They also sell materials for those projects to other companies or people needing them. Also sell Annabeth's machines when Julia is the Countess after her father
