The third in my boy pony charm series! When I made him after Braeburn I actually had no idea that there's a large fanbase who ships the two of them. To that I say "ADORABLE!" ohmygosh.

Anywho, Soarin' has two different cutie marks depending on when in the show he's shown. I went with the most recent one as it looks more interesting overall and I think is essentially retconned as his cutie mark all along. I'm cool with that!
