An RP group on deviantart likes to explore AUs so I made one where we explored what type of gods our characters would be. Dean's in the group so I made him into the god of healing (I'm keeping his love of foodstuffs low-key so burger god was out.) He accepts tribute in the form of powdered donettes and jokes; after all, laughter is the best medicine.
