Raptor Dragons are a 100% OPEN species, with no rules. Go nuts.
Arms tend to be stocky and shorter than the legs. Raptor dragons kind of have a blended anthro and feral form, since their arms are shorter than their legs it makes walking on all fours awkward but still possible. The main difference between their anthro and feral forms is the position if the tail, which is higher set on the back in anthro form. They usually have an extra pad on their thumbs so they can grab shit better. When standing or moving their arms usually hang in front of them with the hands tucked.
