American Victory Super Structure
From the ground below I stood in awe of the resting fighter and cargo hauler. Just being before such a large piece of machinery, such an accomplishment of human engineering and experiencing the scale of it brought forth an air of wonder. This ship by comparison to an Aircraft Carrier or battleship is very small, but to a single person it makes you feel almost insignificant. And at one point in time this ship carried not only men, but munitions and much needed supplies to troops fighting against an absolute evil. Such a thing, such an enormous collection of metal that easily rivaled the building next to it, not only housed these brave now veterans, but also braved the waves of the open ocean. Imagining something of this size, when you're right there feeling just the weight of its presence alone, moving really makes one reel! lol of course when I think about it, it still sort of impresses me to see an aircraft take off and slip away into the clouds! It's incredible to see such large things move so very easily!

lol well hey if the battleship is in the area and open for tour I'd be happy to give it a look over!!
And thanks! It's quite the experience to see them up close! It seems small from afar and in certain parts of the inside! But at the same time to know it had a crew of like 60 is kinda mind boggling! lol my brain is like torn between "MAN IT'S HUGE" and "wow it's so small though!!"
