Apparantley, Segatakai wanted to gain mass quick, and asked Ragna to help her.
And clearly, it's working quite well! Though I hope she's able to pay for all of that food and the expenses of Ragna's service. She might enjoy the experience, but if she didn't demand a big sum of money, everybody would be flocking to her to make their either bigger or smaller!
