As long as you're not diabetic,I would eat as much as i could! My diet is made up mostly candy and soda.(EVENTHOUGH I SHOULDN'T BE EATING ANYTHING WITH SUGAR!) I loose weight because of that. And yes,I still have all my teeth except two! Stay away from soda with "phosphoric acid" in it. That stuff will make your teeth fall apart.
