Just keep at it! Push yourself and just keep working and eventually you get better and better. It's such a neat feeling looking back on your old work and being proud of what you've accomplished.

I'm at that point where I'm really reaching my mark and I know where my weakness lay, I look back at my old rigs from time to time to see how bad they are set up! I adore everything I do and just freaking love it! I mostly expierment with pushing the use of models out, like making games or now even 3D printing, I want keep pushing into UD4 soon and try give full life to the creations, it such joyus to create!

I think the head and feet look a bit big but otherwise very nice looking.
