Just what the title says. Made a new animation using one of the default wav files in Mimica again. ONly this time I added more complex arm movements, where she points to you then to herself, as well as moving her other arm. This is with the normal rendering settings.

Little robotic...
You need to add some noise to her movements, no one stands so still. Living creatures breathe. muscles cannot sustain same position all the time. just try and take your arm before your face for 10 seconds. You will see it don't stand still only jiggles slightly. Forearm cannot move alone like that I think. It pulls a lot of tendons and muscles that moves rest of the arm and shoulders.
All that adds on realistic animation.
P.S. for encoding flash you may consider getting http://flix.on2.com/ . I don't think there is better solution right now, quality vise, for flash video.
