Just a couple of turians - now in color
Yeh, finally sat down and got some work done on something.
I quite like the way the faces turned out in digital ink. Shading turned out well too.
Not sure I'm fully satisfied with the rest of the proportions and such, though. The bodies are based pretty heavily on Feranta's turian work- because there never has been an officially made, naked turian of either gender. Like, really heavily. Take a look at some of their work, then come back to this. The influence is pretty obvious.
Gonna have to put some serious work into getting familiar with this anatomy if I wanna draw some more turian stuff, myself.
