Magic can allow you to attach a dead limb to the living limb and "heal" it in a sense.
Magic can also make a fake limb look and act real with some illusion magic, no feeling but it would work better.
Magic could help the body "regenerate" a limb but again need proper matter to convert into a limb.
Magic up a soul transfer? but sadly magic is inside of the body you inhabit so be careful when using such a spell.
