Here's an old one, and it's Lorelei in one of her "kinda skanky-looking" Magical Girl outfits, of her own design.
Here she decided to combine the idea of a catgirl (or neko, to some), with that of an angel. I think it worked out well :)

Lorelei looks super cute here as a cat girl! The motion of her hips and hair look well done. I would have used a ruler or a photoshop line tool to draw out the sides of her staff though. I think the overall design is my favorite part. I also like how you did the background with the color changing effects. :D Wonderful work here.
