If you don't get it, I watch a old movie of Cat In the Hat a while back, The Joke goes like Cat was holding a Garden Hoe and he said "Dirty Hoe" this scene is meant as a Dirty Joke meaning as "Dirty Whore" Sooo... Yeah^^"
