...yeah, well, that was the inspiration anyway, when I painted this around 2000. I've removed the grafitti which I wrote all over the image, an inevitable result of defying the #1 rule "if you drink, don't paint." I have no idea what the rest of the stuff written on it means, although there's a reference to one of my mentors' creations: "Bove," a creature the size of an outer solar-system moon.
