This is the last bit of Louie/Tirra stuff I have in my arsenal for now. It's also the first bit of animated ANYTHING I've done in a while.

Note: I did this is Clip Studio Paint. Pro apparently only allows a max of 24 frames, while EX allows unlimited frames. Important thing to keep in mind depending on the project!
