Hey, this is pretty neat!

The upper part of the head is very good and spot-on,
The only sort of mistake I can see Is those Lavender-coloured Canines of his, its the Top-jaw canines that are most likely to overlap the bottom jaws a little, not the other way around. I See the little kink in the plates of his neck just behind his head, I think I know what reference you were looking at to get that, hehe.

Otherwise its really good attempt! I hope he wasnt too much trouble, and you learned a little about the more armoured dragons for the future

Oh, and here's another tip. To improve the discovery of your art to other people, make sure you set an appropriate theme! In this case, setting the theme to "Fat Furs" category will improve very much how many see and appreciate the time you put into drawing.
