It looks like nothing has changed, I bet she still sleeps in the same crib that she had when she was a smaller baby.

Not a lot has changed. Other than some diapers. X3 She would need a new crib though, since she's a good bit taller now.

I bet she still needs to be rocked to sleep with a nice lullaby and a bottle of warm milk.

And maybe pushes around in a stroller and needing to be burped after her meals or still in a car seat.

I bet she still sleeps with her mommy and daddy if she has a nightmare or its storming.

Well, here's a little bit of it. One of several ideas I have for her:

“I want to try on diapers,” Rayne spoke with a small grin and blush. “Oh?” Lily replied, not expecting something like that. “Are you having any accidents?” “No....I just....want to try them out. They...look like...they would be comfortable.”
Lily took Rayne out to the store and down the diaper aisle, helping her to pick out the size she would need. Since she was 12, it had been a while since Rayne last wore diapers and would need something a bit bigger than what puppies needed.
Once they returned home, Rayne took the diapers to her room. “Do you need any help, or do you think you can manage?” Lily asked. “I think I got it from here,” she replied. Lily nodded, and let the wolfess head into her room.

Once inside, Rayne took off her cargo pants, then opened the package, the light scent of the diapers coming to her. She stopped for a moment, then pulled one out. “Oh wow....I had no idea they were this big....or this thick,” she said, looking the diaper over and unfolding it. She wondered if it was too big for a moment, then decided to try it on. She took her panties off next, then set the diaper out on her bed before sitting down on it. The soft padding felt quite nice as she sat there for a moment, then pulled it up between her legs and fastened it in place. She managed to get them just snug enough to be comfortable, then stood up, the thick plastic causing a characteristic rustling sound.

She blushed heavily on hearing that sound, then got to her feet, looking down at herself for a moment as she did so. She walked about, getting a feel for the diapers, then walked over to the mirror on her closet door to see how they looked. Her blush intensified, though she smiled a bit. She wasn't expecting them to look so cute on her....nor was she expecting them to be so soft and comfortable. She looked herself over for a few more moments, then headed back out into the living room.

“Aww....you look adorable,” Lily said with a smile on seeing the wolfess in diapers, causing her to blush again. Rayne was silent for a few moments, until Lily spoke again. “How do you like them? Are they nice and comfortable?” “Y-yeah,” Rayne replied. “Even more so...than I thought.” Lily smiled again. “They look very good on you.”
Rayne was silent again for a few moments, then managed to say “I....I think I'm going....to keep them on...for the night.” “Well, you go right ahead,” Lily replied, looking her over again for a bit, then standing up from her chair. “I'll get dinner ready.”
