Observation Notes: The final subject for this batch was also very excited for the experiment, we believe him to be a past-subject, possibly for multiple tests. We encouraged his enthusiasm, despite only a single potion remaining on the shelf. Shortly after quaffing most of the potion, he began to shrink, losing approximately half his height and mass before the first non-human changes manifested.

Beginning with a massive red-furred tail, the subject experienced a sudden euphoria before the shrinking continued. Shortly after the tail grew in, the subject's transformation accelerated to completion.

Addendum: The squirrel-subject is collecting a lot of nuts in the arboreal habitat, and we’re not entirely sure where they’re all coming from. More observation is required.

Addendum II: This batch of subjects was far less belligerent than the previous batch; and far less expensive to house. The next batch is nearly ready and the project is cleared to continue.
