Observation Notes: The following subject was a bit more hesitant to choose and had to be goaded into choosing a vial. After choosing the mass-increasing potion, he was greatly distressed as the weight came on first, followed by the toad traits. The Omnibian DNA proved more powerful than projected, overwriting the human element in a matter of seconds.

Addendum: Hours after the inoculation the subject is glowing. Maintain a safe distance from the creature, it is entirely possible that he has gained Omnibian abilities as well as form, this requires further observation.
