The quality of the picture is kind of fucked up though, and I'm not sure why.

This is great. I particularly love the shot of the feet lifting off the ground. I'm one of the rare individuals who never has flying dreams so I can't relateto this directly, but it does certainly speak for how dreams tend to never go smoothly. Something wierd always happens to screw them up.

I only flew in dreams when I was 12 or younger. I really can't remember a single one since then, anyway. Funky!

A pity that I only know the feeling of the last panel. Curse you, not remembering dreams!

In the flying dreams I have I can never fly for long... I don't get hit by anything, but it's like throwing a baseball in the air.... I soar up, arc, then come back down with a crash. So I can sympathize.

I have had some of the most intense flying dreams ever, and I still do sometimes. You know the feeling of gravity shifting when you're on a roller coaster, and the feel of a strong wind passing over your body? The feel of your muscles working and that feel of turning and shifting as you move, like you would get from diving at the pool high dive?

Combine all of those with the mental images of the sky, clouds and the earth far below shifting as you dance on the wind, and a feeling of ultimate freedom and happiness... And that's what my dreams are like when I have flying dreams. I always wake up smiling from those. :3

My problem with those dreams is that I usually fly with all the speed and the grace of a zepplin.

Soothing but it takes for freakin ever to gain altitude or get someplace.

I actually know how that feels. and then when I came to, it was to the screams of people around me and then I knew that the bullet that hit me in the head had not succeeded.
But for a short while there I was flying.

Its nice how you can put a different feeling in each panel, without a bit of text."I wonder if this time I can...ooh hey.... its working.... its actually *splat* ..aha damn not again.." or thats just my take on it :0

i used to have dreams of flying and wake up flat on my face with a hand hanging off either side of the bed with my knees folded up under my stomach XD
