marlon being a reincarination of a villian in the past Missingno, he lives on Spear pillar with Arceus and Mew as they were his parents...being on spear pillar has its perks to have the view of the entire land...and the wind blowing...where he is at peace and calm his mind...even with no memory of his past self he wants to make the world a change to undo the things his past self did
