For the Old Farts in the audience... who is Chopper, and what is One Piece?

One Piece is a long-running (some 10 years now) manga and anime series about a boy who wants to become pirate king. One of the distinguishing features of its universe are Devil Fruits, which are fruit that, when eaten, bestow a special power on the person who ate them; said boy ate the Rubber fruit, so he can stretch his limbs/body like rubber and is impervious to blunt damage.
Tony Tony Chopper is a reindeer who ate the Human fruit, which allows him to think and transform in various increments between a reindeer and human (well, the most human we ever see him still looks like a weredeer more than anything else). Also a doctor, thus stethoscope.
