This is the finished art for a cover, finished just a couple of hours ago. In my Scraps area I show the work progress from rough sketch to the finished file that I delivered to The Link. The cover came about because I had been interviewed for Concordia University's student newspaper, and they had the idea that I could do a cover to match. (I guess that means my interview is the feature article!)

In this version, though, I've re-proportioned the image so that it fits an 8.5 by 11 page. Also, in the file for The Link, Saara seems to float a couple of feet above the ground, andhas n legs below the knee. That was to make space for a bottom-of-page banner. In this version, she's been repositioned to a more natural stance.

At some point in the near future I'll find a fanzine that wants to use a colour cover, and remove The Link from the picture. It shouldn't be too hard to replace it with an issue of the fanzine in question. I also have one or two small details to complete, and one glitch to correct.

The glitch? Well, shouldn't there be a shadow under the paper Saara is reading?
