I've always liked these... This is a particularly nice example too.

I did an oil change on one of these things. It looked straight off the showroom floor (It was even clean and shiny under the hood!) It was nice, to say the least.
Very nice to look at and sit in, and I bet very nice for late 80's, early 90's Cadillac owners to drive (geezers who didn't want to know they were driving). But it fails miserably at what it was supposed to be.
It was supposed to be a sports car to compete with the high end stuff from BMW and Mercedes, like the XLR is today. But what the heck were they thinking!? Front wheel drive on a high end roadster? And with a huge, torquey V8 so that the torque steer is abysmal? Along with heavy understeer and a horrid weight balance... I'm just stunned that they made such a heinous error in basic design. But then again, this was early 90's GM we're talking about.
