So I needed a new ID for this new account and D1SEASE showed me a picture that one of her friends did with her and her cats and I immediately needed one of me and my boy Catsby. So here it is! This was done by FierceFang and I love it so much. This definitely fits Catsby's personality hahaha.
Since it's my first ID on this new account and I have some new watchers, I thought maybe I could tell you a little bit about myself!
Hello new friends!
I’m Caleigh, but you can call me Grizz if you'd like! Cales works too.
I’m currently 22 years old (soon to be 23!) and a recent college graduate from Texas A&M University. I live in Texas where I was born and raised, hoping to move to South Carolina in the near future to live with my long distance boyfriend ( ProDistraction ) of 5 years. I have 2 cats and a dog. My cat's name is Catsby, my mom's cat is named Trouble - a very fitting name for her, and our dog's name is Dot! I love animals of all kinds, bears especially! I love to travel, my degree program required a study abroad semester. At first I was really wary and nervous about it but since my return from my month abroad in Germany, I have caught the travel bug and I'm always itching to travel. To new places or places I've been before, I just want to go! I am a huge Disney nerd. I have dreamed of working for Disney one day for as long as I can remember. I currently work for one of my close friend's cousins who owns multiple businesses. I am doing graphic design work for her and her shops. I've also been creating invitations, announcements, and decorating chalkboards for my roommates, friends, and family recently. I became interested in art at the age of 4 after my PawPaw taught me how to use Microsoft Paint with a roller ball mouse on his giant desktop computer, and I never let it go since!
I'm rather short and chunky but around here I'm known for my long hair which recently I've dyed bright red, like Ariel <3
Im a big softie and cry while watching videos of cute animals, people finding out they're going to Disney, and kids getting so excited that they've been accepted into college. I also love to laugh and I laugh a lot! I've been told it's infectious. I'm a sports fanatic- particularly college sports, but any sport that has a lively atmosphere I can get into. My favorite sport is Softball! I played all through elementary and high school! I've got a passion for firefighting and first response, my dad was a volunteer firefighter for the majority of my childhood and I've taken courses to become a volunteer myself a few years ago. Unfortunately I had to return to school before I could get any experience under my belt but I'd love to work towards it again if at all possible.
Something a little more serious, I suffer from anxiety and depression- I won't go into details of where it stems from but it can get difficult at times. Please be patient with me as it can sometimes take a while to pull myself together. I will always do my best to stay positive and active though! Art and this fandom is definitely my escape and I'm determined to keep it that way. With this being said I also like to consider myself as a shoulder to lean on for others. I'm always around and easy to contact if you need someone to talk to. I understand how hard life can be sometimes and it's different for everyone. I have no problems being here to listen to your rants, venting, feelings, whatever in life that may be bothering you. Your feelings are valid. Don't let people tell you otherwise. I've got a few tattoos and I'm planning to get more! My first tattoos were the quarter sized bear paws on my achilles tendons. The next was a matching tattoo with my best friend I met in college, we both got semicolon tattoos on our inner wrists. My newest was done just over a year ago- a solar system behind my right ear. I got it as a tribute to someone I lost years ago, who truly made a difference in my life, a mentor, and someone who sparked my love for space as well as my love for science. All of my tattoos mean the world to me, they are parts of my story and I plan to continue expanding my collection sometime soon! I have several planned and I can't wait to go through with them.
Some random things I'm into-
I love watching youtube vloggers! I love watching Charles and Allie of the CTFxC, Game Grumps, Jenna Marbles and Julien Solomita, and many more!! Some of my favorite TV shows/cartoons/ Netflix shows are Steven Universe, We Bare Bears, The Walking Dead, Orange is The New Black, Greys Anatomy, and a bunch more that I'm probably forgetting. I love pretty much all the Disney movies, it's hard for me to pick a select few. Studio Ghibli has always been another favorite "genre" that I've loved. My favorite band is Panic! at The Disco. I listen to just about anything, there's very few things I won't listen to. I love alternative music and oldies the most. 60's, 80's, 90's, 00's, hold some of my favorite artists and music in particular! I love the cooler weather but I also enjoy warm and sunny summer days.
