So nice to finally meet the artist of this piece. For YEARS I always see people using the old version and it would upset me I didn't know who the artist was and the fact people were using him as their character.

Yeah I was upset at first, but years passed and my character started to have a different design; And I was also improving on my drawing skills, so.. I didn't care anymore.
I was just wondering to myself why was that ugly picture so popular? xD

I can't stand seeing my old art so I tried to make a new version of it.
At least if someone wants to take it.. It won't bother me anymore. <<

Yeah it was stolen a multiple time, some people also edited the image so it could fit "the fursona colors", etc. I think I saw every possible stealing "ways" with it.. >_<"

And I’m sorry it got stolen, but it was a really nice piece of artwork and great artwork always gets stolen. Especially if it’s posted on the internet, it’s just a risk you should be aware of.

To be honest when I was around 15 years old the older version of this picture was my Facebook profile picture for a long time and I had always wanted to find the artist behind it. I never had it with the intention of stealing it from you; that being said I put heavy emphasis on the fact that it was not my artwork. At the time I simply loved it so much and thought it would be a perfect way to keep me anonymous on social media while also representing the fact that I was an emo kid back then. I am now 23 years old and have long since stopped using it as my profile picture. I recently came across someone else on Facebook that used this newer version as their profile photo. I finally had to get to the bottom of who made it and reversed searched it. I was glad that I finally found you. I just want to take the time to say that I think your artwork is really awesome and looking at the original to what it is now you have really improved. I'm going to become one of your watchers because I love your work. ^_^
