Minor critique: there's no immediate signs of Rouge being struck by lightning in the panel where she loses consciousness. Given the tone you're going for in the comic, you could just show some cosmetic damage on Rouge's body, outfit, and the jewelry as well as a few smoky wisps smoldering from her body. And while I don't know what you have in mind script-wise, Rouge could wake up with a touch of confusion or amnesia if you want to make the situation a little true to life. =P
The part where she's struck totally looks like her breastplate is transparent though. I'm putting that into the suggestion box.

Well, there is a script-wise reason why there isn't much on the way of visible damage to her, hence the lack of smoke trails. Plus I think she'll lose some her sex appeal if she looked like a smoldering charcoal =P
