I figured you of all people would have known about this. I grew up on the old animated stuff and that is what I like about your stuff. Cartoon nightmares. This Betty Boop cartoon, Snow White, features Cab Calloway as a rotoscoped ghost. Look at the backgrounds, all drawn by a single artist. The song is St. James Infirmary, a syphilis hospital in London. Very big on the 1920's type Jazz scene. This is widely regarded as one of the best cartoons ever made. It gave me the creeps as a kid, and does so to this day. Right up your alley, I would think.

Aww, hey thanks! I actually haven't watched too much old 20-30s cartoons! Mostly because of the uncanny factor, but I REALLY should watch some of them.
They're really cool to think about how much work went into them and how these things are the big pioneer to what we have today!

Well, no more suggestions from me, I just wanted to let you know what your work reminds me of. A lot of those old cartoons were never made with the future in mind, that is why it is a mindblower to see how much skill went into them. Hanna-Barbera figured that out and turned loose on the world some of the worst animation like, ever. They also made tons of money. But hey, how could the world get along without Scooby-Doo and Shaggy?
