Well, it seems it's giving us a secret message:
The first two panels represent the strugle for manking to become perfect as a society: the first panel being the wished dream to be peaceful and caritative; but the second panel being the reality of the world we live: a dystopic world on which problems have to be solved over and over again, apparently giving a communist message ("you need to reinstall EVERYTHING" = "we need to rebuild OUR SOCIETY").
On the second one, he has a hamburger and he feels happy for it, but it's not revealed how he's eating it. You can see there are two hamburgers: one that is a normal hamburger, but another one which ingredients where separated. Well, where do you think the hamburgers come from? FROM IS ASS.
DOES THIS MEAN HE'S CONSUMING HIS OWN WELL-DEVELOPED SHIT ON HIS WELL-DEVELOPED COUNTRY? And where does the other hamburger goes? NO ONE KNOWS. DOES THAT MEAN THAT UNDERDEVELOPED SHIT IS GIVEN TO UNDERDEVELOPED COUNTRIES?
