??? I was one of the first ones to get the pre-order Echo 1 VG-74M. Lol, i have the TSD Mk.96 w/scope and the UTG MP5.
I have the original 1st release UTG MP5-A4, the release with the weak internals. Originally i tried to do the modification by myself, useing the guide to change my piston, wireing, re-shim my gears and clock it back. I ended up messing it up even more. I spent 100 bucks buying a 'drop-in' gear box. A Systema 100, not anything higher...thats illegal around here.
I ended up keeping the type-2 gearbox, instead of tossing it, and useing it to teach myself to correctly open and close a gear-box...and still have it work.
I dont like useing the gas guns. I have a gas pistol, a full metal 1911 from a gift package. I'v seen it litterally dent metal and leave no paint where it hit....i have killed birds with it...o.O i dont use it for airsoft.
So i have my AK, my Sniper, my MP5 and i make my own smoke grenades- its nothing but painted metal tubes with flame arrestors burning Potasium Chlorate, milk and dye...but thats what a smoke grenade is, now isnt it?
