Delta Daily was born in and raised in the city of Normvile, which was not too kind to afflicted. In fact, it was predominantly NORMAL class, where a normal person could get away with murder of an afflicted, but not the other way around. However, Delta was born Normal to 2 Afflicted parents, did not help her chances. Constantly teased calling her "the best of a bad situation, ", delta got into many fights which she won a lot of, though because of her parents being afflicted, the people of Normvile basically treated her even worst than any afflicted. Not wanting there daughter to live in a city where a death threat from a normal person could go unnoticed, they moved to Presio where people were WAY more accepting to Afflicted and Aeon. However, the many events that took place in Delta's life had a lasting effect on her. She promised that she was never again going to let such injustice go unpunished as long as she lives. Many years later, with the help of her own personal team and the guidance of police chief Nemesis, she has kept that promise.
