He's not in the movie. Just something I had fun with, there's hidden in jokes in each of those markings, even the cybertronian ones.

they're not reissuing him anymore, the original mold was damaged.

SHIT! I think he was one of my first transformers ever. Well, someone better get cracking on making a new one, dammit!

At least I got the reissue of Prowl. He was one I never had but wanted.

I wouldn't mind a universe wheeljack in lieu of no reissue though.

you'd think remaking the mold would be easy but I would kind of agree that there's something near mystical about casting the reissues from the same mold.
