Not far from the sumō diner and its giant puddings, we were confronted with this... um, this thing. An amusing caricature of the quintessential flaming queen male stylist that apparently glides out front every day to offer very cheap hair cuts (~$6 USD) or possibly a ride on his giant barber pole. x3

Once again, this was spotted in Ōsaka prefecture, Ebisuhigashi shopping district.
