Dante's been talking for the last week about the new recruit that was tagging in. When he said she was held back years before she was going to be sent here, Seraphina smirked under her bandit mask. When Dante talked about the missions she finished in a day, Zephrine smiled and her eyes lit up. But nothing said got an emotion from Analie; nothing at base could. Dean left while Dante was glorifying the new super weapon that was showing up today, he seemed uninterested in a lot of things lately.
He tugged his gloves as he walked four yards from their barracks and the speakers blared. "All weapons report, Repeat, All weapons report. New mission, assemble for debriefing." and at the end of the message all eight were running for the briefing room. They stood in a perfect line, straight and attentive, and moved our arms in salute when the big grizzly came in, Dalton Riley.

He saluted them, then lowered his arm "At ease." And they lowered their arms. Some of them didn't step far back like Seraphina did, no one left while their commander was talking. "Before the mission is debriefed, you all have a new asset to the team." He gestured his hand to his right, and out stepped a vixen with bright red and yellow colors, and hair dyed light blue. "This is Foresight, As much as I wanted her here sooner, other plans were made, but regardless her ability to see into the future will aid you in this missions with her." At the nod of his said, soldiers in the back turned on a projector desert cities and towns decimated. "Our forces have been trying to push out terrorist forces in Iraq, but are now being pushed back with various fire traps and bombings..."
At the news Dante growled behind Analie, watching the slides flip through the images of the way and the casualties.
"...With the frequent ambushes and overwhelming attacks our forces are being pushed back week by week." Dalton continued "man behind all this has been identified as Masar Harq." The slide then showed an image of the wild dog leading the skirmishes. Dalton stepped closer to the projection and pointed to him "You're mission is to push back the attacks out our troops, but the priority is to kill Masar."
They all took a long looks at him, memorizing his face and attire from the photo. When any of the, now nine, super weapons would see him, they'd know and kill him on sight.
"Troops down there are thinning so you have six hours before you leave for base." Dalton finished. "Don't waist a second."


"Yes sir!" They shouted and ran out of the building Dean left quick like Seraphina did, but Analie stepped out after the new recruit walked out.
She looked back at the silent hybrid, "So is you're name really Circuit, or is it just for your dogtag?"
Analie didn't answer, She couldn't to begin with, she just kept marching behind her.
Her hears dropped a bit and she turned to a huge, puff hybrid "What's with her?" She asked, pointing behind her."
The guy looked at her, then back at his other teammate "Oh.." Slipped from his mouth "Um... it's not you.. I mean... well..
"He's shy around new people," Foresight heard up ahead "just give him a day."
Revealed to hear someone talking to her she ran to catch up with the speaker, a rabbit in a thick coat "Which of you guys is the leader here?
"Dante." She said with a smile and pointed up ahead. "He's the wolf withe the sleeveless, grey shirt."
"Thanks," She replied and noticed her gloves too "Isn't it hot out here for you?"
"It's part of my power," She said and held out a hand to her "Lauren Winters. You're Foresight, right?"
"Call me Harley." the vixen smiled and took her hand
"Then you can call me Christa." She said and walked into the armory.
"Stock up, people!" Dante shouted "We got long days ahead of us, and they start in sixteen hundred hours!"
Just like that, everyone around Harley was done talking and started picking up weapons.
