I recognize a couple of those cartridges (Metal Gear, Star Fox, Tetris, Zelda, Bucky) but would probably need a closer view to make sure that I didn't miss any.

Hmm... The only game I recognize is the only one I've played. Zelda. Sadly, I was well out of diapers by the time the NES became a thing. So, I can't really claim to do this for nostolgia reasons. But it is a fun thing to diaper-up and dust off the old NES and play some games from when games weren't always winnable. It would give an AB reason to throw a tantrum, though...
