I haven't drawn something with metal in a while and always wanted to draw her in her plated armor, which is based on the Varug dragon yet it's not fully detailed and worked out yet.
Her companion is a Varug dragon that has a similar plating shape as her armor shows.
This is the first concept of what the fox lady's armor could look like. The sketch will be extended, corrected and finally coloured in Photoshop. I want to get it done by the 14th.
If you don't know whom I'm talking about, it happened for me to create a new character out of random happenings and coincidences.
I know the mistakes, by the way. xD

very cool armor design. I like how intricate and detailed it is.
However, her head anatomy doesnt seem to follow very well. The ears appear to be far back and too high up. With the large armor, it seems the back of her head would be large and bulbous to fit in it, even if the hair is super thick. If by " i know the mistakes by the way" comment you made, you meant no critique at all, then i appoligize!

I'm an absolute Lord of the Rings fan just that people don't know about it because it happens that I'm a quite silent one. I'm fan of many things which is something like a little secret about myself. ;)

I think for those of us who are also in love with the Lord of the Rings universe and know what to look for, your secret passion shines through in your art... :) besides, kinda hard to imagine someone as spiritual as you to not be in love with the elves! ^____^

If you ever consider letting this piece go to a new home, I'd be honored to have it hanging on my wall. Simply adore the design and while you obviously know the anatomical faults, I rather like it just the way it is. To me what shines in your work above all else is the soul and the fact that you let yourself go into your work is always so clear. I hold that in high regard when I look at art...some pieces with polished anatomy etc don't speak spiritually, while yours, to me, do. Please don't stop creating from your heart. I am sure you are the sort that ever strives to better your technical skill but I hope that never takes precedence over the beauty that shines so naturally and freely from your soul!
