I'm considering making a more serious (?) series about making good ocs. But for now...appreciate this monstrosity.

I used to try some rping out in a fairly popular mmo once, I can relate to all the mary sues quite a bit, both from friends and people I met. People rped out as shapeshifting dragons and all sorts of things from ghouls to necromancers and would just mish mash the classes together XD.
I remember one case where I tried out some warrior cat rps out there and there was a strict rule on 'normal cats only, no magics' so people started making their characters half breeds with everything there from lynxes to half demons and shooting ic power levels way off the scales godmodding every single time I tried to play with them and picking fights ic with everyone in the clan that it turned from a rp about hunting out in the woods with emotes like "Silverspeckle went out, foraging using his keen sense as he tried to locate the stirring mouse on his hunt" to "helldeathscream the half lynx X Demon hunter X Death knight daughter of Arthas and Illidan [please don't ask logic] *rurred out and kKILLD U, she is strong and perfet and n1 can harm her ans I shoot lazerbeams and you die permanently in a single emote without any response time!"
Then on the flipside there were people on the other end with like truly demigod status with aspects of magic Dragonflight shapeshifter characters that could leave craters in the earth and had like DBZ and sailor moon powers flying around blasting people with Kamehamaheas and then being the pretiest people in the world, perfect in every way, absolutely indestructible and yet filled with a uncontrollable desire to shop for clothes XD.

Man, I can't believe I forgot Warrior Cats. I remember reading the first five books in 6th grade, I'm actually surprised it didn't progress into or at least spur some abominable ocs in my 8th grade edge years. That series is some prime oc fodder. I do remember discovering the internet before 8th grade and wondering why ALL the fanart of Warrior Cats looked the exact same (Maybe everything was just drawn by 12 yr old mspaint and wattpad users, who knows) and why they all used the same hyper-edgy 2012 animation memes like "Child's play," and "InSaNiTy." Those were dark times...Creepypasta was popular at the exact same time as well.
