Incase your new to this character, Reflekta is a (so far) one time villain in the show "the Miraculous Ladybug" and is a sailor moon esc villain of the day with her having been a normal shy gothish girl who was denied a chance to be in a class photo and feels she doesn't stand out in the world, when the real villain of the series grants her powers in exchange for the heroes powers, turning her into a head to toe Rubber clad harlequin clown girl with a much more flamboyant and out reaching personality with the power to blast people with her hand mirror and transform them into an exact physical copy of herself regardless if they were male or female, in the show they still retain their memories and voice so in this story were seeing that with everyone in paris turned into the same person its effecting everyones personalities to start becoming the same. hope that helps clear things up ;)
It had been over a year and a half since the great change, all across "Reflektica" (formerly France), the heroine of the nation Reflekta continued to transform everyone into herself. All the while, the government struggled to adjust the laws to suit everyone’s changed status; given the difficulty of maintaining order when everyone looks the same. Of course, the changes themselves were not purely physical. As time progressed, everyone’s personalities begun to mirror each other more closely. With this newfound ‘empathy’, crime rates plummeted, and society eventually adjusted to its new position. Tristan, like everyone else, continued to carry on with everyday life. A hopeless romantic at heart, he hadn’t let the fact that everyone in Paris was now identical in looks stop him from trying to meet the love of his life.
His favorite pub was empty, save for one Reflekta who was nursing a mixed drink and having a smoke at the end of the bar. Tristan had a good feeling about her as he walked up to her in a very flirtatious manor. Much like everyone else, he had picked up an increased air of flamboyance in all of his actions. He gestured conspicuously as he leaned onto the bar and told her his best pick up line. Granted, he hadn’t tried to pick anyone up since the change, so he worried that his lines wouldn’t have the zing they used to. Thankfully, it worked all the same as she laughed and smiled his way, entranced by his charm. Over the next hour, the two talked about their lives now that they were Reflektas. Tristan was in love with the soft tone of her voice and her reserved tranquility, a rarity in these times. Even though they were essentially the same person, they felt unique to each other as they leaned forward and kissed.
Sadly, their exchange was cut short as she received a phone call. With a curt sorrow, she told him that she had to leave, but worked quickly to exchange phone numbers. Tristan knew she had to be the one, she had stolen his heart so easily. He gave her his phone number and took a hold of the napkin that had hers. It was in this moment that he realized they never once asked for each other’s names. Embarrassed, he tried to play it cool and asked her to sign her name too so he wouldn't forget. She wasn't fooled, playfully teasing as she gleefully signed her name. Tristan held it in his hand with bated breath and read out the name.........Ethan. This whole time Tristan had been falling for a guy, he looked up at him as he smiled and asked "soo, wanna grab dinner sometime? " Tristan, lost in thought over this realization, hesitated. He glanced off to the side before returning to see the same subtle joy on Ethan’s face, coming to his conclusion. "Sure, after all, I can’t let someone with such a pretty voice get away without at least once tricking them into some Karaoke." Ethan laughed, curtly smiling, "it’s a date, then." The two shared a light kiss and headed their ways. Tristan hadn't expected his dream girl to be a guy, but when beauty is only skin deep, he decided it was worth a shot.
The end.

well luckily Jewleka is a show regular, though her shyness wasn't for that episode alone, she rarely speaks.
as for Reflekta, I find that debatable considering all the other odd powers these villains have, and she did come the closest to defeating both the cat and bug, but not getting both their Miraculous's which is what Hawk Moth wants.

Indeed I love Jewleka she is adorable.XD
Well she couldn't control anyone and had a completely non-combative ability, all she could do was rely solely on her trickery and fighting ability. Then you compare this to villains like Stormy Weather, Mime, Time-Breaker, Kung-Food and she seems pretty underpowered, like I think Vanisher was actually harder to beat in a straight out fight, but through her cunning Reflekta almost won.
Its like if she was given another power in addition to the one she already had like a more combative or distracting ability then she likely would have won.
But yes she really couldn't give Hawkmoth what he wanted, with her unique power it was kind of impossible.
