Not bad I guess for a first attempt at this style outside of random school projects. It will take far more practice to get it to where I want it to be and I am not a huge fan of how the pilot game out. But all in all I guess it could have gone far worse. Thoughts? Comments? Questions?
The jet is a concept I am working on for future projects although the nose cone on this one seems to have been blown clear off.

Awesome work!
Though if I may throw in my two cents about the pilot, and I'm being really nitpicky about it, it almost looks like the shading on the pilot is different the rest of the image. The aircraft and the ground have very soft shading from what appears to be ambient light, but the shadow on the pilot is very sharp, especially on the tail and hair. So perhaps if shadow were blurred a bit more it might look better?
Either way, amazing piece!

There is some of the same shading on the pilot under the gradient, but it wasn't coming out the way I wanted it to and the pilot wasn't really the main focus of the project anyways so I dropped a gradient over it and did some quick erasing. There is a gradient over the plane as well but its much softer than the one on the pilot. It could probably be fixed by dropping the opacity of the gradient on the pilot but at this point there are other things that need being done before going back.
Thanks again though! :)
