I wanted to share a series of pics from Japan that showcase the cute, the wonderful, the weird and the WTF that embodies Japan with an eye mostly toward things of a furry nature. Spotted in an underground shopping mall in Tokyo, these cute little critters immediately caught our eyes. No lions, but tigers and (panda) bears (oh my) abound in this display where each one entreats passers-by silently saying "Eat me".
We were not immune to their charms and we came away with a couple panda and tiger donuts.
