Mr. the baker is an American born and raised,Gay, male, [20 years old at the time of this writing] also he is a pastry cook and part time Butcher, His hobby's include Collecting Knifes, Collecting antiques, experimenting like a mad scientist in the kitchen! fermenting ,canning,molecular gastronomy, and making his own cheeses and wines and making different types of Charcuterie. He probably has enough food for himself for 20 years lol, Mr. the Baker is also a Francophile [meaning that he loves all things French! like their culture , cuisine and so forth] Mr. the Baker finds himself in a bit of a situation [one that he isn't to upset he is in. He Bakes French Macarons [not to be confused with macaroons] for the larger more dominate males,,,,sort of because he has to,, but also for some loving. The King of his village love's his Macarons so much that he gave Mr. the Baker a quota,,,, if he doesn't make a dozen a week for the king each weighting 3 grams, he will be guillotined! , So when the king's collectors come to fetch the Macarons, he likes to also accept their offers or um... demands,, for some loving! ,,,, He is the all-round food procurement specialist for his village! People come to him when they questions like,, how-come my sourdough starter smell like cheese? or how do u hermetically seal pickles in a wire bail jar? He is quite fond of cutlery and knows his way around the bone-structure and mussel patterns of various types of animals, He even sometimes, during Autumns "la chasse" [Hunting season],comes back to his town with all sorts of feathered and pelted meats! Also Mr. the Baker is a historical Reenactor of the U.S civil war [1861-1865] , and dresses up in his U.S union Zouave [French inspired regiments]uniform! Mr. the Baker is an Atheist and frowns at any institution that discriminates. He also wants folks to be more particular with their food, but not in the sense of being "picky" just being aware of where the food on your table comes from, and having a more meaningful understanding of The great cuisine , Thus unlocking the natural world! gastronomically.
