I took Latin in highschool and as Comus said in the last pic comment its the story of Diana. The hunter turns into a dear and gets eaten by his own dogs. Roman and Greek gods and goddesses were dicks XD.

It featured the story done in anime style with a very youthful, big-eyed Actaeon who turns into a Bambi-style deer. (There's even a scene of the deer looking at his reflection in a pond, almost identical to the one in your 2nd picture)

well this story is a bit different i got the deer idea form that movie although i never saw it i really want to,
Dilandau was turned into a deer for mouthing off at the goddess and making here mad,if you seen the anime the The Vision of Escaflowne you can see how rude he is but i love him all the same ^^

oh my that very sad but in this story Dilandau doesn't get acttacked by dogs or anything like that he has to earn his humanity back to show the goddess that he isn't as rude and ill tempered like he is in the anime.

he does get chased by some hunters but he doesn't get killed.

There's only 2 videos on YouTube for "Winds of change," neithr of which is Actaeon. An ad does pop up on the page from someone who will sell you what I assume is a bootleg copy.
